For me, when we say Technologies’ Impact on
Privacy that is a big affects technology on us. When we say technology it is
familiar to us because technologies is very important those people who are
using computers in their houses or even the internet cafe and as I know
technology is very big impact in every nursery pupil and the oldest because as
of now technology is most important thing than others matter .

working in an investigation firm, you and your team handle a case of a murdered

camera which showed the girl killing his boss, but the video was blur you gave
the video to the computer expert to scan using the special program the footage
to make the video clear and identify the suspect but the specialist said that
if would take 48hours to clear view the image. On that day your sister
confessed that she was the one who killed the man. Will you report your sister
to the authority??
I as a firm investigator I must be done
with the due process of law. In other hand I must secure her safety because
according to our law the person will not be called as a convict until the time
she is proven as guilty in that crime against her. Personal confession or
personal testimony of a suspect will definitely make her case more lightly and
she deserves protection from the government which stated in human rights. I
will surrender her in my most trusted authority for her safety.

Nowadays, phishing and computer hacking are
the most prevalent means of obtaining personal information. Phishing is a high-tech
scam that uses spam that use or pop up messages to deceive a person into
disclosing his credit cards number, account bank and all information. So, we
must be careful and be cautions before we surrender our personal information to
anyone. It is not easy to face this problem anymore and you are one of the
victim of this case, just go faster to your bank account, credits cards etc. According
to chief Justice Puno”, the due
process clause of the Constitution is an important element of the privacy
rights of an individual. The due process clause is contained in Article III, Section 1 of the Philippine
Constitution, thus the person shall be deprived of life, liberty, nor
property without due process of law, nor shall any person be denied the equal
protection of the laws. If God can provide due process, why can’t I? We can
provide due process if in the higher are going do this due process and that way
all lower was also followed.
